The Master Lock No. S3068 Seal Tight™ Handle-On Ball Valve Lockout features durable aluminum & steel construction to defy corrosive environments and extreme temperatures. The patent-pending, lightweight, and compact device is designed to clamp tightly onto the handle stop, preventing handle movement. It can be applied to 1/4in (6mm) to 4in (102mm) sized valves and works on insulated pipes and in close quarters
